A Native Floridian, has over 35 years of results-oriented sales experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development. After graduating from the University of Florida with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 1982, Tom obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1983 which is still active. He also holds a Florida Community Association Manager’s License. 

Colony Realty Group Inc., formed in 2000 and Florida Realty and Development, Inc. formed in 2010 are the two operating companies that Tom currently uses for residential development, sales, and marketing. 

In his 35 years as a real estate broker and development manager, Tom has been involved in transactions of hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, raw land, student housing, and single family homes developments totaling over $800 million dollars. Some of Tom’s projects: Bellaria, Celebration, Cypress Point, Cypress Isle, Grand Oaks, Hickory Hammock, Lake Killarney Shores, Long Pond, Phillips Landing, Pinnacle Plaza, Reserve at Belmere, River Oaks, The Retreat at Orlando, Shingle Creek Landings, The Standard of Gainesville, River Walk, Woods of Windermere. 

Tom’s hospitality and accounting backgrounds provide him with a unique combination of interpersonal skills and bottom-line mentality for a profitable and successful project.
